Returns Policy
Refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect product purchases, unless prior approval by management is given.
All applications for returns must be accompanied by an original invoice as proof of purchase.
A fee of $25 may be charged to find customer purchase information older then 12 months, if no Proof of Purchase can be provided.
Returnable items must be items determined by Bathroom Collective management as currently bulk stocked products. All other items will be subject to approval from the manufacturer and will be subject to the manufacturer’s restocking fees ( a percentage of the full invoice value of that product) and any return delivery charges as determined by the manufacturer.
Returnable products must be in brand new and unused condition with original undamaged packaging.
All returns must be applied for within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any damaged items must be reported to Bathroom Collective within 24 hours of delivery and will be subject to inspection by Bathroom Collective, and from time to time, the manufacturer.
The Purchaser or appointed officer (Plumber, Builder ,etc) shall accept full responsibility for providing and gaining all size and technical details. Bathroom Collective will provide technical details when requested. Please Note: All care is given to provide correct details prior to or at time of purchase. However, we recommend manufacturer’s specifications should be adhered to at all times
Non Returnable items
Custom made products (as determined by the manufacturer) and special orders
These include: Sizing, Colour, Material, Finish or non stocked Custom – ordered products.
Products that are in unsaleable or non original condition & packaging.
Sale, Clearance, Overstocked, Ex display and One – off manufactured items.
Refund of Monies
Providing all above terms have been met, Bathroom Collective will provide a instore credit only less any manufacturer’s restocking and return delivery charges.
Any refund amount will be applied to outstanding balances owing.
