How to Qualify for Our Everyday Price Match Promise

If you happen to find the same stocked item at a lower advertised price elsewhere, simply reach out to our helpful team.

1. Identical Products

Product must be the same brand, model & colour. All details must be the same.

2. Australian Showrooms

We match authorised dealers of real brands, no 2nd hand resellers or marketplaces.

3. Total Price

A valid quotation or website link including all associated charges eg delivery.

4. Stocked Items

The competitor must have the product in stock or ready for dispatch within 30 days.

Unsure if the product selected is fit for purpose, book a consultation with our team:

The competitor must have a physical address in Australia with ABN & an Authorised dealer for the brand.
Must be inclusive of delivery fees to your location (if any), taxes and charges.
Brand new – not damaged, reconditioned or ex display stock & instock ready for immediate delivery.
Be identical (identical supplier, model number, colour, pack size, components and warranty).
Be currently advertised – a written quote, printed media or website link. (excluding advertising errors.
Product to be price matched is not a part of a package quote, firesale or liquidation or associated with any stock clearances.

Bathroom Collective has the right not to price match products that are below our cost price.
Price match can not be used in conjuction with any other offers such as promotional codes or gift cards.
Price match is only valid on the day of the price match request and will be voided if not used on the day.
Excludes commercial discounts not available to the General Public (e.g. Business, Trade or Staff pricing).
Excludes Finance, Installation, Bundling, Rebates, Cash back, Loyalty rewards, Coupon offers or other price reducing incentives.
Excludes competitor’s Package Deals (unless matching a package), clearance products, auctions, fire sale warehouse and stock liquidations.
Fragile goods that are unable to be shipped long distances are excluded.
Bathroom Collective reserves the right to terminate or amend the price guarantee policy at any time without notice.
