- Please ensure that your order is correct to specification as we do not normally take refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect decision, incorrect quantities or custom orders.
- A restocking fee of 20% will apply in special circumstances.
- Custom orders which have started manufacturing are unable to be exchanged, canceled or returned for change of mind.
- In certain circumstances a refund may be applicable as per consumer law
