How long will my delivery take?
Deliveries are sent via external freight, we do not provide any guarantees on delivery timeframes, you will need to check your tracking number & enquire direct with the freight company. Priority delivery can be requested & quoted in Sydney only. Charges apply.
What time or day will my delivery arrive?
We are unable to provide date or timeframe for deliveries coming via freight. You will need to check your tracking number & contact the freight company direct to find out. Priority delivery time drops are available in Sydney on request, charges apply.
What will happen if an item is damaged/missing?
All items must be checked upon delivery for damage/missing goods & noted on the delivery drivers paperwork/device. Goods signed off in good condition. Any damaged/missing goods must be reported within 24 hours, we are unable to claim on any damages beyond that time.
